Default Rack-storing a stepped hull - Any issues?

Do I need to be concerned about rack storing my stepped hull? Am i risking potential problems like devloping a hook or otherwise deforming the bottom by not keeping it on the custom bunks??

Anyone have good or bad experiences rack storing a go fast?

My buddies 2002 353 Fastech came on a VIP trailer that wasn't stepped built to allow the bunks to form (warp) to the hull steps. Last spring he bought a lift with just two solid wood beams for bunks. Before he purchased the lift, I explained to him my concerns about proper support of the hull steps. He then called Formula and they didn't seem to concerned, but he keeps it on the lift only about 3 months a year. I'm still not convinced it's okay, if stored year around on straight bunks it just seems like the hull would eventually deform with all the weight on just a few contact points.

This is a very good question, I hope you get a lot more responses from those with personal experiences.
