Thanks for the info guys. I replaced the seals today in the heat exchanger, just got the boat back in the garage. So far, no anti-freeze in the bilge and reservoir at same level as when I started.

Seals $7 each. Cheap.

After closer inspection of the valley, I noticed that there was a crack in the block. We had a 25 below winter and the factory anitfreeze didn't protect it. I can't find a new block since GM stopped producing them. Thanks again for all the advice.
