I didn't see any M-1 V-Twin however. They do have Royal Purple 15W-40...good stuff too.
Walmart has 5 qt jugs of M-1 15W-50 as well.

M-1 15W-50 SilverCap is a real good product with 1200 ppm ZDDP; it is a Grade III/IV blend they say now (Group III is legally a "synthetic" these days). The 15W-50 GoldCap is PAO Grade IV..... If you change your oil frequently don't sweat it.
M-1 V-Twin 20W-50 is a PAO and has 1400+ of ZDDP...also excellent corrosion inhibitors for prolonged storage.
PAO synthetics now go for close to $ 8-10/qt.

Thanks, I've asked my Mobil rep twice what the differences in cap color, he had no idea. The walmart 15/50 used to be gold cap, then red, now silver.
Would I be better off finding gold cap quart bottles?

$ 6.00/qt.
More PAO in EP = more $.
GoldCap EP is designed for "Extended drains". So SilverCap and manufacturer suggested drain intervals is likely better in marine engines.
I personally either use either M-1 V-Twin or Amsoil MCF or SilverCap depending on how much I want to spend.
