My 509 has rect port heads, factory aluminum intake, stainless headers and the 750 does well so your 454 should be fine...but I think the double pumper is a far better choice...Rob

Mine's a 502, the one i'm taking out is the 454. Good to know yours runs ok with the 750 though!

Dennis - Thanks very much for the offer but i've now decided to go with a 750cfm. A guy i really trust over here has gone over the math of it all with me, and has built several motors like mine, all with 750's. I figured i've gotta just decide on one person and go with what they say as there's so many different ways of doing things!

Thanks for all the advice though guys, your experience on here is so helpful!
