Heres where my confusion comes in... The back of the fuel rail has 3 holes, top and bottom hole are for a fuel line and the middle is for a screw.. I have only one fuel line with a screw attached coming up from my fuel pump/cooler... Does one of the holes stay open? I dont remember removing 2 fuel lines from the back of the fuel rail or is there a block off plate that i'm missing?

You should have the cool fuel which I believe the fuel pressure regulator and return is connected to the fuel cooler and only one line going to the fuel rail.
In older 502 efi's there were two fuel lines to the rail.
1. Line feeding fuel to the rail (top hole) from the pump
2. Return line (bottom hole) which fed from the fuel pressure regulator attached to the rail in front.
