Just remember, Merc doesn't make their own oil. They bid it out to blenders, who will make it to minimum spec, with the cheapest ingredients. So if you want to put inferior products in your equipment, be my guest, but me personally, I spent hard earned money on my stuff, and I want to protect it the best I can!

Interesting. Been thinking of switching to one of the more specialized oils, just seems like whenever I do an oil change I don't plan very far ahead and need to use what I can find local.

Where is a good place to buy the Amsoil lube?
