The headers will not hurt anything. If they were free, then go ahead and use them. What kind of headers?????????? and make sure to pressure test them for water leaks first.

They were made by Stainless Marine. Can i do the preasure test my self or i have to send them to the factory? Thanks for the advice.

you can pressure test them yourself! hook your garden hose up to where the water goes in and cap off the other end where the water goes to the riser and watch for leaks inside of the manifolds..
