Default hp 500 heads

what is the difference between hp 500 heads 088 and 088 415 mag heads. is it just the valves or is there alot of port work done.

as far as i know its the valves and springs, no extra port work on either

Springs.... they run the same valves it's all GM parts don't be fooled by the blue paint. they add the right springs , studs to run a roller rocker for the cam they install. there so cheap they even grind the rockers to clear the gm low proflie valve covers that comes on the black engine when they get it.

YEP

I have a set if someone needs to puchase a set.

All ready set up for high lift cam. Need to gring the valves. That is it.

i thought the black motor had stainless exhaust valves and the blue motor had inconel ex. valves
