Default Preload 1.7 Crane

After reading everything on OSO, internet and looking through my factroy manuals I still have a question. Adjusting the crane 1.7 rockers 1/2 turn down after valve lash and the pushrod seats down between .020 to .060, the rocker arms on the completely closed valves can be wiggled by hand just a tiny little bit. The engine runs better than ever and the valve train is quiet. When the intake valve and exhaust valve are CLOSED and and the lifter has bleed down and the only pressure on the pushrod is the preload, there is still a little play on the rocker only in the closed position. Is that normal?

I ran the engine and there was no valve train noise, I did removed the valve covers and hand checked each rocker in the closed valve position and could wiggle each one slightly.
