corsa, 1 not opening completely?

I took it apart, one side, to the point I could see with a flashlight. Working perfectly. I was hoping it was broke!
Took the plug wires off one at a time again. Pulled a couple of wires while running, one at a time, Didnt sound any different.
I quit, headed out and noticed I was running 50 at half throttle.
Pushed it up to 67, would only run 57 before.
When I checked the wires the other day maybe I didn't click one all the way on? At least its finally running......Thanks again for all your help. Enjoy the day. JC
