Livorsi is offering a trade in program for the older antennas.

I'm having simila problem as well when I took my boat out for the first time today. Livorsi GPS speedo has power to it, but not registering speed. Needle move 1 to 4 mph off of zero then goes back to zero. I suspect based on what I am reading it could be the battery to the livorsi antenna. Does anyone know what kind of battery is used in the GPS speedo?

They said their antenna's send just speed and heading.

Not sure what kind it takes but is probably not user servicable. Also don't do what I did and go buy some other gps antenna...it turns out the livorsi gauges may be very sensitive to the antenna. I bought a data tach prop slip gauge and an aftermarket garmin antenna and the gauge won't hold a gps lock. I called livorsi and they said the antenna I bought may be sending to much information to the gauge and confusing it.
They said their antenna's send just speed and heading.
