It's a spring loaded device, with a plastic screw in cap for the hose. Thinking maybe I should take it right out for now just to eliminate it as a possible air leak/obstruction. when I had the gooseneck unhooked, I had water flow coming up from the muffs just siting there, so I was thinkng the route from the drive was clear. Looks like I can pump water, just no volume. Hate to keep buying rebuild kits for the freaking pump..I'm thinking one more time though..
