Default Help... sea water pump took a crap

1995 502 with fuel pump/seawater pump combo.

ready to go boating but looks like the impellor took a crap.

no place to buy parts here today.
I have a whole conventional pump without the piggyback fuelpump setup from my last boat.

any one know if the impellor and/or inlet housing is the same??/

answer may own question

impellor and housing the same

I alway start it in the driveway before going out,
check everthing, noticed no water under the boat after running
and a kink in the hose, didn't take long to fry the impellor.
got it fixed for tomorrow.

changed oil in f/pump housing while I had it off.

Two hour ocean trip tomorrow, can't wait
