wt should the fuel pessure be at a idle then wot ???

Carbed or EFI? If EFI, what pressure injectors? Should be the same at idle or wot, or very close anyway.

carb wt from 9pd to 5.5pd

Check for restrictions or a dirty fuel filter. It should stay close to idle pressure. How is it at mid throttle? Any drop?
