I can just shoot myself Red Racer!! I was up there today to reroot my intercool feed hose back into the Cross over tube, and forgot to take pictures!!!!!! I had the camera and everyrthing. I will get some this weekend, unless I go up again before then.
BTW by putting the inter cooler feed back into the cross over, I got my WOT water pressure down to 24 lbs . I should be fine now.
I also put back my 140º stat with a 1/8" hole. My temp is around 120º - 130º. I was only seeing 100º with the 120º stat. That little hole is enough to lower the stat temp 10-20º. But you want to run it with a small hole to let out any air pockets before the stat opens.
I'll post picks ASAP
Claude

You guys may also consider drilling and tapping the back of your manifolds and bringing those out of the mainifold with 1/8 pipe fittings, which will equalize the temps front to back, as well as bleedding off more pressure. A friend ran his out with 3/8 fittings and Devconned them, and redrilled them with a drill bit 1/8, that way you would be able to adjust it farther to the conditions such as water supply to headers, intercooler, etc. Believe it or not people claim this really equalizes jetting across both sides of the motor, due to all temperatures being equal, which is so critical on a Procharger application.

Ok guys, got some pics. This is the front of the P.C. cross over tube showing the mercruiser brass "T" with restriction balls.
Note it is just left of the center, between allen screws.

I also put in a spair plug. incase I needed to add a pressure release valve. I didn't have to add one, but this would of made it easier to do so

I didn't want to push the extra water thru the exahust, and I didn't want to drill any more holes thru my transom. So I added some barb fittings angled out thru my exahust tips. theres one on each side dumping thermostat water.

Thanks Kanookstr... Great pictures showing your routing.
I am using the standard stainless crossover which needs to
be adapted to your method. Maybe my engine will end up as
clean as your installation...

Jspeeddemon... what did he do with the water??? Sent it
overboard, or used for his blower setup??? I thought that
if we took water from the back of the motor, it would be
already at or above the 120deg. mark which would reduce
the cooling potential of the intercooler. 120deg. water equals
a higher air temperature within the intercooler... Right????

If we do not use this water for the blower setup... then why is
it so beneficial for the engine. Or more importantly, should I
add them just to make the temperature equal each other
from the front to the back of the engine???? I keep getting
different opinions as to whether they should be added. Any
help that you guys of knowledge can add would be appreciated.

Thanks.....
