Default Props,Carbs, or Throttle Linkage?

When my engines are idle the tach readings are the same and the throttle levers are side by side like they should be. It is the same when the engines are at wide open throttle, but between idle and wide open my throttle levers stagger a couple of inches I have to adjust my throttle levers to get my engines to run the same rpms. I am pretty sure that my throttle linkages are the same. Could this be a problem with my props not grabbing right, or a problem with carbs? any info would be very helpfull!

Before you start looking at props, take some time to make sure the throttle quadrant, cables, linkages and/or bellcranks are moving the same distance. If the cable has slipped on a mounting clamp it can change the stroke of the cable. Use a six inch scale to measure cable movment at the carb. Switch the carbs, does it act the same? For that matter, switch the props, act the same?
