Ive got a tig welder...I was thinking of a few angle cuts and weld the tubing back together and I could make it line up. Was concerned about the rubber exhaust hose touching the aluminum tubing at the bends.

Do you have any butterfly type valves in there anywhere to keep water from going up the exhaust?

How does she sound?

I use clamp on rubber flappers to keep backwash out, they are not on in the pics. It sounds like dry exhaust, loud and crackly.
