Looks like it is a simple install. Did you order it right from their site?? Its always in the back of my mind when I start her up after a week, let alone the winter. Might be worth it for peace of mind.

The Masterlube is the way to go. I have one on my 522, it's hold a charge all winter. It was installed on my boat when I bought it and has to be 10 years old. I prelube the motor before I start if it's been off for more then 20 minutes. It's also great when your pounding it in rough water. You don't have to worry about running the bearings dry due to pump cavitation.

So your leaving it on while your running ?? master lube told me to hit the toggle switch b4 start up and when she starts turn it off and she's charged for next use , ours our due her today Fedex and going to the powder coater 2morrow morn and should be installed by the weekend

I would like to have a preluber but it would be the most expensive thing on my boat!
