The Masterlube is the way to go. I have one on my 522, it's hold a charge all winter. It was installed on my boat when I bought it and has to be 10 years old. I prelube the motor before I start if it's been off for more then 20 minutes. It's also great when your pounding it in rough water. You don't have to worry about running the bearings dry due to pump cavitation.
