Update! Took drive to shop.
They said if I am lucky and that pretty skeg guard that broke off didn't egg shap my housing I should get buy with a new vertical shaft. Skeg guards are bad about that they told me. They sould state that before you buy them...
Now, for my next question. I am going to need a new prop good for speed and play. It had a QS 23P and would pull 4K-4200K@55-60mph, 45mph@3500RPM, seemed to lug the motor getting out of the water. 1989 20ft stingray (svc200)/260hp seems to be light, under 3000#. I was thinging of a 21p Mirage. Any ideas or good used props for sale? Thanks again all.....
