With roof I would say about 92-100 cans of paint per one coat. So one coat of primer at 100 cans and two coats of paint at 200 cans equals 300 cans total for rough price of 6 grand just for paint

A bit off the question but is this a building your buying to move to your property or one that comes with land you are buying?
Reason it might be weathered looking is taxes. Around here many people leave shops looking ragged on outside so they dont get nailed with increased taxes. Just something to think about.. |
