I know it was not a controled but I thought I would try and it took seven min. to vaporize 1/4 cup of water at boiling point (tryed to keep it just to a boil).I know that condensation is a problem it marine more so than in cars but it would seem that the condensation would only form when the motor is shut down for the day and it would form more so after cool down?So when it was run the next time it should burn off what was collected from the time before?Or do you think it is doing this all day long as we run?I know it seems stupid but I had rubber plugs that I put in my valve covers when I shut it down for the last time of the day.About the manifold bolts, allthough there is only water passing through the manifold at the front the back is still able to wick to if there is any gasket failer so on my 454 mag the bolts I put the sealer on were 6-7-14 on port 8-12-13 starbord. You can tell real quick if this is the problem the bolts threads will have a lot of crud on them.Hope it is just normal condensation and you get it figered
