My buddy just built new motors with carbs now and they use to be 502mpi motors now the throttle cable throw is way off do i just pull the whole throttle /shifter mechanism up out and is there different holes to put cables in to shorten the throw. the way it is now the throlttle is only 1/2 way and the carb is wide open.

Well i took it apart and there is no other holes to move cable to they are keikhafer throttles so now what new throttles i guess.
