Since it seems to be cranking slow, would it be possible to bring along a spare, fresh starter battery and hook them up in parrallel to give it a boost to see if that gets it spinning faster? Or maybe jumper cables from another boat? (I am not sure it that is recommended with an EFI boat - all I have owned are carbed engines.)
