Bottom Paint ermoval
Read through the posts I could find and some promised feedback they never posted so looking for some on different strippers.
Bought the boat from original owner and the bottom was not sanded prior to paint at his request so the gel should be decent under it. As you can see most has found its way off on its own.

You'll never get a perfect finish with stripper alone.
Sand....sand.... Sand..... Wet sand.....compound....polish....
Wax..... Done!!!!
It doesn't look that bad, I'd hit it with a DA with 320 then wet sand 800/1000/1500 then compound and done

That worked for me. Working on a 2x2 section at a time......Sprayed it on, waited a couple minutes, couple swipes with a soft brushed, rinsed it right off. Every last spec washed right off. Just be sure you don't get the cleaner on your skin. Chit'll eat your skin right off!

Yep, I pressure washed as much as I could while outside. In the areas where the paint was still thick once on blocks, I'd scraped alot off with a paint scraper so the cleaner would work easier. The paint just turned to water when lightly scrubbed after sprayed with the Easy Off. Wiped it down with a wet sponge, rinsed, then on to the next spot. I think I used 6 cans for my boat. Yours looks like it will be a peice of cake from as thin as it is, if the cleaner works for you. Might depend on the type of paint. As I said, keep it off your skin. Glove up and wear eye protection

Tried the easy off without much luck, all it did was clean it. Must only work on certain types. I had planned to sand off and use the interlux performance epoxy but would rather save the gel if I dont have to spend hours and hours sanding and polishing. Will try a spot with the stripper next
If anyone else has a favorite technique post away. Media blasting was a grand plus need to sand and polish for sure.
