What is the "We" are a team at Stef's? 1099 employees are there to make money for the Company, nothing more nothing less. Stef's has notyhing invested in you. The are giving you nothing but commission. Thats not a team.

But 10's of thousands of parts is different than saying I sell 10's of thousands of retainers! I think what you meant to say is that you manufacture 10's of thousands of pieces, completely different statement!

I haven't slipped back nor do I pretend to be a cam guru. Your coming to your own conclusions. I've had a record year for the past 4 years straight and when it comes to cams I am way up. I don't think that comes from having a bad reputation. I don't think I would have the engine builders that I do using my stuff is that was the case.
I do thank you for the support and using my components in your builds.

About 14 different valve locks with the highest volume be 170K pairs on the highest volume number. Can make about 30K pairs a week.

There are a few other good threads I have posted on where we get into a deep discussion on Dyno correction factors, this thread was aimed at a particular individual who came on here stirring up a bunch of people with dyno challenges and claims. The question I did ask though was answered: If I dyno a motor in Colorado at 5000 feet and my correction factor ends up at 27% according to SAE it is corrected so far from standard deviation that the numbers are invalid. That deviation is + or - 7% from the sae standard (according to Scott/CFM/ S.B), Smitty
