A 1099 is NOT given to an employee. Its given to an independent contractor. You even say thats what you are. and then you argue with yourself. Under the law, you are NOT an employee of Stef's or B&B.

Hence I work with Stefs. I said back several post that i was a mfg rep. You really need to pay attention Doug.

So just to be clear, you don't manufacture any parts for AFR and therefore I in no way support you and you were just talking out of your azz.

I worked for Stefs' from July of 2003 till Oct. of 2006. I was salary then. I wanted more breadth of product to sell and Joe and i came to an agreement that I would work on a commission based program and sell his product and cultivate more WD's and MWDs for him. Since then I have been a 1099.
