Bought a few of these. Not a huge company but they are made from S.S. and bright, great pricing too.

These are fairly cheap but work awesome -- I didn't drill all the way through, I just ran them up through the speedo pick-up hole above the waterline that was already there, and secured them just into the wood and sealed them. Just used the two smaller ones, and they light it up behind the boat GREAT. I'm in the Detroit River/Lake Erie area and for swimming at night they are awesome even in the murky water they light up about 20feet behind the boat, I'm sure it would be much further in clearer water. They match well too since they are white, I've had TONS of comments when I come pulling back in at night with them on and the front docking lights on.
1/2 amp draw....gotta love LED's
On plane it's phenomenal even though it's technically not legal.

Nitrousnolan...for the pic you attached what is the hardware creating the light (manufacturer, model, quantity used, mounting location, depth of mount from surface) I'm looking at at some to my 37 AT and trying to get a feeling for what you get for certain lights. You go to a show and they blind you in a tap water plexiglass tank but whats that going to look like in real water!

I would say Lumitec or Shadow Caster are the best. Ocean led are not that bright. Lumitec are very expensive, Shadow Caster are cheaper than the lumitec but still not cheap. They have both at the Ft lauderdale show, Shadow caster just came out with a 4 color version for $899 each very bright and well made, and the regular single color model is $599 each.

WOW, that looks killer, they must look pretty cool behind the wake from those outboards!
THANKS Guys for all the input, I will digest the info and see what works best, I only have a small [24ft] boat, if I had a 90ft Sunseeker then price would probably be "no object" but, sadly it IS! LOL
I appreciate the links and info!
Happy Halloween!
