free at least im a paying member .plus i abide by the rules and pay for all my classified adds .a fair income i think not .you think i get anything i have for free .i simply sell off what i dont need and have sold to many on here as well .maybe now ill go to ebay now . seeing as the ttt bothers you should seek prof help .after all thats what started all this
I am not a paying member, as I said, I see no advantage to me to pay IB just to post pictures or justify myself to guys like you for being "allowed" to be on the site. I actually use the services and buy items from paid advertisers on the site, who by the way, are the ones who contribute the lions share of the $$$ that IB makes from this site.......now if you excuse me, I have to go see my doctor.....

Point taken, I thought it might be better to ask what other people thought before I reported anything and find out what the proper board etiquette is........I was not trying to single anybody out, just trying to find out if it bothered others.....

My op is not impotant but I have to agree with Fog and Brian. I am not a paying member and have only used the swap shop once to sell props. I appreciate the fact that it is available but also always assumed it was for stuff priced under 1k (or you need to purchase an ad. I have done that also) just to help fellow boaters out with smaller idems. I have been scolded by the mods before by posting info and available boats in different threads. In the past few months I have seen anything from complete running boats to pairs of engines to hulls waiting power in the swap shop knowing they are well over the 10k mark. I can see where people are getting pizzed. And the owners of the site lose revenue. Just my .02...

Well I for one love the variety of items available in the swap shop. These are used parts, not new. The fact that someone can sell items for free keeps the prices low for all of us! I no longer sell any boats on e-bay due to their high fees! Either way as long as the swap shop is full of good deals who cares who's selling them!
