Why is it that when somebody asks a question and expects to have experts answer it within an hour that they can never be bothered to let us know if it worked, or if it didn't work then posting what they did do to overcome their particular problem???

funny you bring this up.
Last fall I started road racing and starting asking a bunch of questions on a forum about what/how/etc. Last weekend, after completing mulitple events and "graduating" to running without an instructor, I went back to that site to thank all of those that provided the advice I needed. Several of them have congratulated and thanked me for the feedback.

and your answer came with 1 minute to spare on the hour...

Congrats. I have been an instructor at several courses. Cool to move up and be on your!
Remember brake, rotate, hit the apex and drift out. Or just hang on.

I guess for the same reason that you have not been back to check on the thread you started

I do agree it would be nice to see some "follow-up results". I use the search feature a lot and there will be threads almost exactly the same as my question. And the last post will be "thanks I'll try that" and that's the end of the thread.
