Buddy wants to remove the baffels on his side exhaust.

Where are they located? I've only removed them on transom exhaust.

most likely they have mufflers in the exhaust pipe going to them.you will have to look inside the exhaust tips and tubes to figur out where they are.

What boat is it? If it is a Corsa system, like mine, the baffles are welded into the stainless elbow that makes the 90 degree turn towards the side of the hull. Make sure you do not remove the flappers built into the hull-side exhaust exit.
