Head was repaired today..Waiting for Valve job and surfacing..9 days to go

Thanks..Yea, every time they weld it another crack pops up..they said the material in the head is JUNK!!

I wonder if I can talk RHS into another set of heads..Yea right!! :lolhit:

I asked Don tonight if these were bad heads..and he said no..just the material they use when they come to welding (lot of junk in it) ..he said the AFR's were worse in that regard..so who knows. I just know it's gonna be a 105 degree's in Havasu this weekend!! and you know what that means..scantily clad women!! So hopefully by this time next week..I'm hooked up and ready to go!! I will post the video of start up..and da women when I get there!!

I'm afraid he's givin you a bum steer on the AFR heads go to their website and check them out , they are LIFETIME guaranteed and VERY repairable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eekdrop:

Lifetime??? I like that. RHS is only 1 year..I will def take a look if I'm in the need for a set after this fiasco!!

Might be interesting if someone asks and verifies were RHS is having this head cast?? China? Maybe? Na they wouldn't do that would they? Someone might carefully compare this head casting to those ProComp POS heads? Couldn't possibly be the same, Na?
