air fuel ratio on a blower motor?

once the proper power valve is installed,the af ratio will come to 10-1 or so while planing the boat, it will need more fuel in primarys,and less in secondarys,id like to see 11.5 at wot,but 15 people are tuning this thing.i dont like the idea of a projected tip plug in any supercharged engine
