Aren't most Gen V cast parts, where Gen VI are Steel?
I thought all GEN VI are Mag engines.

Not sure what the difference between MAG and Horizon is??? Are the reman motors direct from Merc good? I assume they are rebuilt like the original with the forged parts?

A little PRICY. Try 1800runsnew.com

They have the best prices and these are brand new engines from GM. Do a search on the topic you will be able to read all night.

I purchased 2 brand new 502's and took them apart. All forged internals, even with fuel pump boss, but stock cam had no lobe for fuel pump. I had Bob Mandra grind me 2 new ones which comes with fuel pump lobes.
