Does anyone know how many qts. of oil in a stock 2001 500efi

I am pumping oil out the vents in the valve covers.

Sounds like to much crank case pressure, stuck PCV ?

if the oil is at the full mark on the dip stick then you either bent a exhaust push rod or melted a piston...do a compression test..
