Powerplay is right---The sync.gauges were notorious for going bad about about 1 to 3 years old and usually screwed the tachs up too...... Take the sync. out and throw it in the can, then think about replacing the old tachs because they might be screwed up also ---Auto meter is the best bet for those.
As far as filling the hole think about a round depth sounder... You might have to look around for the right size but they can be had ----also look in the sail boat gauges - those jerks never got past round!!!!

Good luck

Jim

How about a set of warning lights. I think livorse has a blank and one with lights too.. Hook it up to oil and temp alarms for both engines.

You probably don't want to see it but I would like to do a fuel flow gauge.

Greatlakesskipper on eBay sells blanks for about 20 to 30 bucks. Get one to match your others and mount a couple of bright warning lights in it. They are handy when a alarm goes off and you know what gauge to look at first. Worked good for me.

That might actually be a possibility if someone makes them to match my new gauges. Another good suggestion!
