Default 500 efi compression

Dose anybody know what the comp. per cylinder should be on 500 efi fresh rebuild, I am pumping oil out of the dipstick and valve cover vents. One cylinder only has 100 psi all the rest have about 148 to 150.

It should be a solid 150. The 100psi cylinder definately has a problem. Do a leak down test on that cylinder to see where the air is escaping.
