Thanks Smitty, I think I will stick with the mefi3 and still boost reference like you said with the 60 lb injectors. That way I can keep fuel pressure nice and low at idle, but make some more power up top. I was on the phone with procharger again today, and they said there 10th per pound of psi isn't really a science...... After talking some more with them today, I feel my 3.70 pulley will probably make closer to 8 psi. I can speculate all day but won't really know till I bolt it on and crank it up. But if I can support 775-800 with the 60's by adding some fuel pressure with the regulater, than I think that will be just about perfect. Staying with the 60's will also keep me from be tempted to throw a 3.40 on her

I'm switching myself to 80 lb injectors soon, I am close to 100% duty cycle with the 60lb ones and running 80 psi at wot , it takes a little work to get a motor to idle real smooth once injectors start getting too big, I recently built a N/A Pontiac street motor with mefi-4 and 60lb injectors, I had the P/W down to around 1.2 ms at idle to clean the thing up, you have to remember a Siemans Deka injector takes .55ms to open and close ( i think its called dead band), thats where running a little vacuum to regulator isn't the end of the world, it pulls fuel pressure down a little at idle/high vacuum and brings fuel pressure up a little bit at boost. I will see what it takes to get mine to idle real good with the 80lb ones in the spring. I look fwd to helping you with your project too, Smitty

Smitty I'm using 160# injectors and mine idles at 650 rpms in or out of gear. I don't think you'll have much trouble with 80's.
