The problem I am having is sourcing the an-18 stainless weldon bungs....
I am cutting the hose adaptors and welding the male an18 bungs on the gils, tstat housing and manifolds...

I could use some clarification from folks that are familiar with Gil exhaust. I have a set of Gils that I run with a freshwater full system. I have blocked off the small hose to the riser as it is coming from the manifold that has fresh water circulating. I noticed that, even before the full system was installed, the risers would get hot and you would not want to get too close or you would be a warm arm. What is the recommendation for the small hose if you have a full system freshwater cooling. I could not come up with a better plan and could use some suggestions. Thanks
