Standard Teleflex "nothing special" cables have always worked fine in my experience.
Not sure why you would need an oddball travel. And 3" sounds short - you sure a regular cable doesn't have more?

If you have a tight kink with the drives in trailer position, you may want to upgrade to an Ultraflex, etc to keep them from getting a permanent kink and damaging the outer housing.

The 3300 and 4300 teleflex cables all have a 3" travel. The 6400 series cables have a 4" travel.

The 3300 can be found here... http://sierramarine.com/sierra/searc...alog00204.html
