Yeah, I bought an engine from a guy on this forum who talked a good game. Said the sb engine was built up..."North of 330 " had less than 25 hours, caught some water and had to fix a valve. (Short version) but was OK now... but I couldn't see it run, excuse after excuse and I had driven 300 miles to pick it up. Getting late so I took it ! I voided all my rules. Engine ran 1 hour...I had it examined by the "Fat Man" race track engine builder who showed me wrong mix and pure crap used on build . Same money would have bought me a warranty . I bit on 25 hours and 330 horses

what i love about these bulk builders is the exhaust valve seat ground in about a quarter inch and oversize valve stems...really helps an engine breathe.
