Thanks for all the input. I'm sure I missed something when I put the drive back on.
I'll check toe in but, I'm thinking it's hydraulic in nature.
I'm going to carefully bleed off all the hydraulics and see if it makes a difference.
When I figure the problem out I will post the cause.

It's been a while but, I'm buys what can I say. Anyway, I thought I would post my finding for anyone that may benefit from this in the future.
I trouble shot my trim circuit and it looks like the starboard outdrive trim switch is not closing the circuit in the up position so the switch is blown in the up direction. Also one of the diodes in the "diode" pack of the (Power Trim Wiring Diagram with Dual Engine Power Trim Control Schematic) has gone bad. I'll replace the switch, repair the diode pack and post back with my results.
