Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they work just like your drive up and down, heck they even use the same pumps. If you need a picture or diagram of a pump and all the wires that go on it, I got that if you need it. It will show all the power wires and solenoid wires on it.

I have that diagram but my stbd pump was also grounded to the floor/bulkhead grounding plate. This shows no additional ground, so that is my concern. Do I need the extra grounding for the port pump?
