Default Thinking about replacing the dash and gauges on my 35' Fountain Lightning

Looking to replace the dash and put in new gauges on my boat, but the wiring looks like a nightmare. Does anyone have a suggestion or looking to see if there is a template that exists for this.

I believe that there is a connector that allows you to disconnect the entire assembled dash and remove it. This should make it a lot easier to put together a new dash.

This is a '96 Fountain and I was wondering if there is a template with all the wires labeled and I was planning on putting the trim in the shifters do I need an adapter to put it from the steering wheel?
