Default Block Pressure zero?

Trying to find 2beeps/sec problem. 496 HO. Scan shows pitot active. I understand this is normal? Scrolling thru data shows block press zero. Is this normal? What should the range be? Where is the sensor?

On my 2002 496 the sensor is on the sea pump, starboard side, bottom front. You can see it just behind the fuel filter.

I replaced both sea pumps this year don't recall any sensors unless it's the small hose on top?

Mine are 2005. Part no.8M600023 is on the power steering cooler. Is that it? Is it looking at a 'blockage' or something to do with the block?
