Outdrive Noise

Scraping/rubbing/grinding sound, probably gimbal bearing (24 OUtlaws need alot of trim, eats up gimbal
)
Knocking/clanking when turning could be coupler or u-joints.
Check outdrive fluid and also see if you have a heavy white chalk on the top outer casing of the drive. THat would mean a hot outdrive which would probably mean low oil, butI doubt that alone would make any clunking noise. That'a about as far as I know, for the internals you have to ask someone else. HOwever, typically if you have an outdrive problem it will grenade pretty quick.
Also, if it is pulling alot and feels "loose" you BETTER CHECK THE STEERING CABLE!!!!!!! If it is worn and you do not have some sort of hydraulic steering or assist, you are going to be in some serious **** if that cable breaks.
