Thanks buddy. The guy found a 4.5 500 efi block with some surface rust in the cylinders. He thinks he is going to use that .. lol

Yes, the 10237300 is an old casting. The latest gm casting has a mechanical fuel pump boss on it. We (boat applications) are not the only guys who buy these engines. The muscle car guys actually want the mechanical fuel pump for their vintage cars.
