any suggestions on routing the main water intakes into the crossovers as not to kink them or to interfere with belts ?
such as preformed hoses or elbows in the hoses i have now ?

CB, you 've got to be creative. I just did a reroute on my Activator and it took about 3 trips to the auto parts store and some 1.25" hose fittings along with the old hoses. I was cutting hoses and piecing together this and that and finally came up with an interesting setup that goes around the front of the motor for easy access. I was moving my oil cooler to install an oil thermostat and that's what prompted all of the work. Good Luck.

Our Napa dealer has a cataloge that shows a pic and overall hose length of all the hoses available. I have gone that route many times looking for a hose that had the needed bends that was close enough to work w/o having to use multiple elbows. Just a suggestion.
