[QUOTE=Black Baja;4085740]All you have to do is put a carb spacer on your Bayliner and you'll get a couple thousand rpm out of it. If you don't have the money to buy a spacer you can use a piece of plywood and cut it out. Just make sure it's marine grade. That's what I did on my last build and it made another 200 hp.[/ marine grade plywood is not in the budget because i am not rich but i have some elmer,s glue and i can get some sand from the naber, maybe i can glue a sandspacer to put under my stromberg 1 barrel carb, should make tons of torque!

Shooter is a big name marine engine builder. He has a wonderful storage bin, which is often referred to by many as the "'magic room''. He will build you one hell of a motor for peanuts (just like my heads lolololol). Just be nice to him, or he will shoot first and ask questions later. Total bad azz

I have a complete throttle body injection off of my buddy's 87 camaro with the 305 V8 I am gonna use on this build. In case you guys havent noticed, carbs are junk. I am not going to run carburetor junk on this build. It WILL BE TURN KEY EFI DEPENDABLE . I am going to mount the ECM in the cuddy cabin so it stays dry (after i fix the crack in the hull hopefully). IT WILL BE A MONSTER. Wait until you hear the lope from my 194/203 115lsa cam. This engine is gonna pull so much vacuum at idle it will suck the panties right off my old lady if she gets to close to it.

This site just isn't for me. You guys spend 100's of dollars on your boats to Make them go fast I only have $150 in all three of my boats total and my 24' Bayliner with a 4cylinder runs in the 70's cause I know how to make big power.

It's not about the motor it's about the big outdrive. You can have a 4 cylinder and go just as fast as a 600ci blower motor as long as you have a big outdrive.
