how about how he is NOT a marina. the guy bought a few boats. took the speedmaster 3,4 and 5 stuff off and BOUGHT #6 stuff to put back on them for his own personal use. so selling the 3,4 and 5 stuff makes him a dealer? ever been to his shop? its surrounded by pool supply stuff, port-o-pottys, and bulldozers since thats his "business" not one of you IDIOTS would know that cus youve never even picked up the phone to talk to the guy.

I'd bet the reason he was actually banned from selling was his ethics as opposed to being a business.

agreed but he was being bashed by the people with the right connections and when he fired back at them they made the approprite calls and here we are now... they guy with the 300 dollar drive was offered a refund. he declined and said if i cant use it i will just resell it. Pauls fault yes for not knowing the difference in the 6 versions of aplha out drives. BUT he did offer the guy his money back, spaz said no and came on here months later squealing like a pig. Then all the haters (who dont know paul) jump on board swinging from the "victoms" nuts like george of the jungle.

ive seen on these forums where Mike and Smokin gun get all fired up when someone says something out of line to them... they fire right back guns a blazin... but when they make their smart ass remarks about Paul and Paul fires back at them he has poor character, he is a *******, and the list goes on and on... talk about the pot calling a kettle black

Im my humble opinion, any one can ask what ever price they want for someting. If the price is to high the prospective buyer will just buy it some where else and the seller wont sell the item. If the seller really needs to move the item or needs $$$ the price will get lower once the item dosent sell.

One nice thing about his items / FS threads I liked (that I saw).... he actually posted photos of the items he was selling. Other people here are not that smart to post photos. Maybe he can teach them how?
