Just wanted to thank Bob at Marine Kinetics, had a great conversation with him this morning and feel we will be headed in the right direction. Unfortunately it means my season is done and motors are coming out, but it will be worth it in the end. Bob took 20 minutes to explain some different scenarios in detail and it was very helpful. Yes oil pressure was definitely to high, my sae 50 oil was not helping matters either.... Both motors will be coming out for freshening, getting bearing clearances in check, new hydraulic rollers and valve train. Hopefully after that we will get a few season of trouble free boating. Although in this hobby that never seems to be the case....
